By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. All prices are listed in USD.

4. Custom Orders

Custom and personalized orders are made specifically for you and are non-refundable unless the item arrives defective or damaged. Please double-check all specifications before submitting a custom order.

5. Shipping

We ship worldwide from Pakistan. Delivery times are estimated at 7–14 business days. Hide & Craft is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or circumstances beyond our control. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items. Custom orders are non-refundable. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
