Refund policy

Damages and Wrong Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@hideandcrafts.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags must be attached.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

Exchange Process

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at info@hideandcrafts.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Once the original item is returned and inspected, you may place a new order for the replacement item, or we may process an exchange when available. Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped item, Hide & Craft will cover the return shipping costs.

For returns requested for other reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may apply.
